Volunteer Conservation Activities in Our Area

Here's an updated list of volunteer conservation activities within a 60-mile half-circle north of Silver Spring, by date. Here's a map of locations. Activities include stream cleanups, invasive removals, seed collections, riparian buffers maintenance, tree plantings, etc.

These are great family and community-building activities and a gift to future generations. Feel free to pass that link on to other groups that might be interested (Scouts, schools, etc.). I encourage you to grab the kids/grandkids/neighbors and participate -you'll be glad you did!
